• Browser Tab Data: URLs and content from tabs you explicitly query (never collected passively)
• Uploaded Documents: Files you choose to upload for Q&A (automatically deleted after 7 days)
• Connected Services: Calendar, email, and messaging integrations you authorize
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics to improve the service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the ASight service:

• Answer questions about your browser tabs and documents
• Summarize emails and messages from connected accounts
• Manage calendar events and availability
• Improve AI model accuracy and performance
• Provide customer support

3. Data Storage & Security

• Authentication: Tokens stored locally in Chrome storage
• Documents: Automatically deleted after 7 days
• Conversations: Stored encrypted on secure servers
• Open-Source LLM: We use open-source models for transparency
• No Third-Party Sharing: Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers

4. Third-Party Services

ASight integrates with the following services (only with your explicit permission):

• Google Calendar, Gmail
• Microsoft Outlook, Teams
• Slack, Discord
• Zoom

Each integration requires separate authorization and can be disconnected at any time.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data
• Disconnect any third-party integrations
• Opt out of analytics

6. Data Retention

• Documents: Automatically deleted after 7 days
• Conversations: Retained until you delete them or close your account
• Account Data: Deleted within 30 days of account closure
